"They run business the right way and with honor! They're sweet to my dog and she comes back flawless everytime! If they make a mistake they are the first to own up and take care of their customers. Almost shockingly in any way needed! They care and love their work! Will continue to use forever! 5 paws rating! Thank you girls!"
"I’m new to the area and took my dog in today for the first time. Only needed a nail trim but we were serviced immediately and Cassie was so kind. She was gentle and sweet with my dog (who hates nail trims!) and chatted with me. Will definitely return!"
"This is our second visit to this location, and we have been so impressed each time we come here! The staff is amazing, our dog looks amazing and they are just so patient! There was no anxiety when we dropped off our boy, and that speaks volumes. Just wonderful service!"
"First time using them and was very pleased. Cheyenne did a great job!
Sugar(my long haired Chihuahua) had never had a haircut or groomed. She needed it bad and I love the way it turned out. She acts like it doesn’t bother her to be short. Thor(my short haired Chihuahua) got bathed and I love how good looks.
Highly recommend them and will use again. Sharing before and after photos."
"Amazing place! Cassie and her staff are top notch. They always take amazing care of my crazy Ranger boy"

"Love getting my Bella groomed here locally in Vilonia, AR. I have used them for more than 13 years after i got my sweet Yorkie she's 14 now. Started with Cassie who's always been so kind and accommodating for the times I've needed to get in quickly, a quick talk, helpful info for questions and inquiries about situations with pets, through the years she's added extra staff as she has grown. Eryn is a great addition to the Paw Spa, she always has a sweet smile anytime you see her and her personality meets you at the door. I love that is so convenient in our small town."
"Big thank you for the advice and taking care of my sweet girl. She took a mad dash to the pond when we got home and I can tell she feels a lot better already."
"I ran across a Facebook suggesting The Paw Spa for cat grooming. I googled them and saw they were an 8 min drive from my house. The staff were friendly and quick (nail trim) with my kitty. I'll be back!"
"Mig came out with whiter whites and a paw trim. He's a happy smell good doggo now...
I appreciate a Barter from time to time. Thanks Cassie

"I appreciated getting an appointment today for an old doggie I just rescued yesterday. They worked him in and did an awesome job. They are nice, sweet people and they have a gorgeous location with animals all around. I highly recommend them."
"Great place with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. My little dachshund wouldn’t let anyone touch her paws. But here, they were able to do it with a breeze. They’ve also got quite a few adorable animals themselves"
"We love Cassie!!! Archie is always the most handsome schnauzer when she’s done."
"Cassie grooms both of my goldendoodles Ellie and Newman. She’s been their groomer since they were puppies and always does such a good job. I will never take them anywhere else."
"Cassie is a true animal lover! She does a great job on my Pomeranian and my Scottie."
"She does everything I ask! My dog loves going to her! He gets excited every time we get there!"
"We just moved to Vilonia and I made an appointment here at The Paw Spa to have my longhaired jack russle terrier groomed and have his long wirery hair cut off because he's been shedding alot. I dropped him off at 10am and picked him up at 1pm. He looks like a brand new dog! His haircut looks like something out of a magazine or dog show! It's adorable! I was nervous and unsure how he would look but she took great care of my Bentley and gave him an adorable haircut and a super cute Halloween themed bandana! Overall, I had a great experience here. The prices are very affordable. We will DEFINITELY be back!! Also, Be punctual and on time for your appointments and pick ups."
"I absolutely love my little dachshund, her name is T. She gets terrified anytime she has to leave the neighborhood. Thankfully, The Paw Spa is not only right outside our neighborhood, but they're amazing people who do absolutely great work. Hands down not only some of the best groomers around these parts, but some of the best people around here as well. Thank you so Much!"
"FANTASTIC experience!
We took our German shepherd to the pa spa daycare and were absolutely blown away with the quality of the facilities and amazing customer service. The facility is SO clean and very dog welcoming. You can see exactly where your dog will be spending time and the care they will receive is almost palpable. This was our boy's first full daycare experience and he absolutely loved it. I can't recommend the Pa Spa enough!!"
"Cassie is the best. Been going to her for our furry family members for over ten years!!"
"Cassie did an amazing job with our standard poodle! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she matched the haircut perfectly. She even took time to love on our pup during the stay. We have finally found our favorite groomer!"
